We currently operate 60 runs from 8 hubs. We’re excited about our future as we continue to seek new opportunities to grow and expand our operations.

SRA Transportation Established
SRA begins operations in College Station, Texas.

2006
KBT Acquired
Founder Mark Crisco acquires KBT.
2012
DYP Transportation Added
Operations expand with additional tractors in the Dallas, Fort Worth, and Sherman, Texas markets.

10 Tractors
Organic growth and acquisitions lead to 10 tractors in operation.

15 Tractors
Organic growth and acquisitions lead to 15 tractors in operation.

Hi-Tech Logistics
DYP and KBT become Hi-Tech Logistics.

SRA Added
College Station, TX based SRA is acquired. Sam Adams started the company with 1 tractor in 1998 and had grown to 8 tractors at the time of acquisition. Sam Adams remains with Hi-Tech Logistics as our College Station Manager.

BNL Logistics acquired
St Louis based BNL brought 11 tractors and run assignments to Hi-Tech Logistics.
2021
FedEx awards new routes
FedEx awards a number of new solo and team runs in the Kansas City, and Olive Branch, MS market to Hi-Tech Logistics.
