FedEx Skillsoft Equipment Familiarization

FedEx Ground is making the Skillsoft Equipment Familiarization Videos and Test a mandatory requirement for all active drivers. Any driver who has already completed the Skillsoft test during their on-boarding process will not be required to do so again, but any driver currently qualified within the FedEx system will need to complete the test with a passing score. A new road test is NOT required. 

  1. Click new user registration and follow steps
  2. Login
  3. Click on learning plan then equipment familiarization
  4. Watch videos take test
  5. After passing test click on transcript
  6. At the bottom right corner click on print icon and certificate will come up
  7. Please send your manager the certificate number that is on the screen

The state of Pennsylvania offers free practice tests that are great to prepare for your endorsement evaluation. Look for “Combination Vehicles Test” after clicking the link.

Mobile Dispatch App

Notify the FXG Linehaul office of any issues. Log in using MyGroundBixAccount (MGBA) credentials (i.e. FedEx ID & Password). If password reset is needed, call 1.855.639.7793 to obtain a temporary password. Use the temporary password to reset your password via MyBizAccount.fedex.com/my.policy. Once reset, the new credentials can be used to log in to Mobile Trip App for the next 90 days.
